The Point at Town Center

I lived at this complex for over 2 years. The rent increases were ridiculous, but that I can deal with. The worst part was I had to clean the apartment when I moved in because it had disgusting, dusty, greasy mess all over the cabinets and fans. The blinds were broken and someone left contact paper in the cabinets in the kitchen, and I had to get a bug service to come out because there was small roaches all in the kitchen island. Then when I moved out, they charged ME for stuff that was broken when I moved in! They made sure to ding me for just enough stuff to keep my deposit ($200). $75 dollar charge for a small picture nail I missed on the wall! $30 to wipe out a sink that was just water stains. This place was cleaner than when I moved in but they made sure to keep my deposit and that has NEVER happened to me. If you move in, you better cover yourself and take pics of EVERYTHING. They don't care about residents at all.

I toured a unit the other day with Elliott and man oh man was it everything I expected and then some! I love how updated these apartments are and I felt at home. My consultant was AMAZING and made the process very enjoyable! If you’re looking to tour an apartment, I highly recommend you request Elliott!! He just is a sweetheart and very very helpful! It’s people like him that make the apartment hunt much easier and better and I believe he adds positively to the staff there making my decision on moving there more likely! I LOVE a good office team and especially someone who shows a unit and is personable and helpful!

Toured here with Elliott and he was AMAZING. Usually I have like 100 questions after touring but I didn’t have to ask one thing because Elliott had it covered before I even got the chance to ask the question. He was professional, smart, personable and even funny. The property is beautiful and kept up and the apartments are super spacious. Definitely recommend coming by and taking a look!

My partner and I have been living here for about 6 months now and we really love our apartment complex. The staff and maintenance are very genuine and work hard to make this a nice place to live. Maintenance is top notch and when a request is put in, they are quick to come same day. The common areas and buildings are maintained really well. There are plenty of other apartment complexes in Jacksonville that have the same or more amenities but the staff here is what makes this place special. Trustworthy and reliable people.
